Question: When I attempt to view a video the video does not display or show. Why?
There are two possible things that would cause this problem. First make sure that you have the newest flash player for your browser. If you do not have a flash player installed then the content will not play. Flash is required to view the videos on our site. The second possibility is that we updated the video player and you still need to get the newest version. The typical solution is to clear your cache for your browser, and the browser will download the newest files when you view the video again.
Question: When I try to open two or more videos at once images stop loading and I cannot watch videos. Why?
There turns out to be a default limitation set on how many streams a browser can download at once. By default in IE there it is 2. A solution for both Firefox and IE can be found here (Firefox users scroll to the 5th post): Solution. Make sure you set the number to atleast 6, if you want to take full advantage of our features.
Question: I registered and didn't receive the validation email. Now I can't login to my account!
This issue should no longer happen. We have released the restriction on our users because our emails were being blocked by spam filters. All new users (and old ones) can now login without validating their email.
Question: I am unable to edit my profile, it brings me to a blank page.
This issue is most likely linked to a malformed cookie due to a result of an update on the site. Clear your browser's cookies/cache and try again.
